1. Nature of Products
All products sold on roxannebeaumont.com are digital downloadable products (Notion templates and Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets). No physical items will be shipped.
2. Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a download link by email immediately. You can also access your files through the My Account page.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds are issued once the download has been completed. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us at info@roxannebeaumont.com within 30 days of purchase and we will do our best to help you.
4. License
Purchased products are for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Resell or redistribute the templates
- Share files with third parties
- Use templates for commercial purposes
- Claim authorship of the templates

7. Compatibility
It is your responsibility to verify product compatibility with your software before purchasing. Notion templates require a Notion account (free or paid). Spreadsheets require Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel 365.

Information collected during your purchase is used solely for order processing and is never sold to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada.
