This one's more basic, but you can organize all your business info: description, history, bio, links, contact info, mission, vision, values, and so on. It sounds simple, but it's important to have clarity around these elements and be able to find your way around them easily. And clarity means putting it in writing and keeping it up to date.

You might feel a bit lost about what you actually offer sometimes, either because you've restructured your offers 14 times already (been there, done that), or because you adapt a lot to your clients. Having a detailed sheet for each of your offers, with all the info, packages, pricing, features, benefits, and so on, can really help you, both for yourself and for sharing with clients when the time comes.
